Design Editions is Cricket's newest line of lighters. Each quarter, they introduce a new design with a big variety of designed lighter editions to bring a spark of creativity to the world. Design Editions lighters have the same features as their Flint Original: always reliable and equipped with a childproof rifled spark wheel.
The briefwas to create the illustration that should be focused on the concept of “PASSION”. Cricket Lighters are designed for people excited about expressing themselves in unique and creative ways. The goal was to share this feeling of passion and what it means to me with Cricket's followers and users through my artwork.
The illustration could be an epitome of the past or a vision of the future, as long as it motivates the designer forward. It can be illustrated in a storytelling way or an abstract way.
My line is called 'Fulfilled' and it is an homage to different art periods depicting some of the most prominent artists of that era.
